LM1000 PORTABLE LINEAR MILLING MACHINE is designed to carry out a wide range of general purpose in-situ milling applications.
Dongguan Portable Tools provide the on site milling machine which helps the in field service in good help with the portable mills.
Light and rigid design
LM1000 portable milling machine main body made of aluminum material, it saves the weight a lot in transportation and assemble, it cuts the cost for the owner avoid the transportation of workpiece into the machining on the workshop.
The Y arm of aluminum material with heat treatment makes the intensity strong without losing rigidity in different working condition.
Connection plates and fasteners optimized to provide the ultimate in rigidity, even when bed is extended several times the original length.
Drive of bed with electric motor save the operation complexity, it’s easy to control by a single technician.
Y axis have bed locks while machining to stop any side movement, which makes the operation more safety and easy.
Y axis length could be customized as your request, it comes from 500mm to 3000mm even more.
The travel stroke lead by the high precision lead screw, lead screw comes from THK in Japan.Precision ball screws in X, Y and Z- axis assemblies allow precise location of milling head. High precision of parts are comes from Japan or German. Such as lead screw, bearing...and the CNC machining machines too. We will do our best to control the quality and stability for longer use.
Z axis has different power, we use hydraulic power pack as the drive system as usual. It could be changed to servo motor system also ,it’s more light in body and more precision control compare with hydraulic power system.
The spindle could be choose from NT30/NT40/NT50 with 100/120 , 160, 200/250mm cutter mill diameter according to the working condition.
LM series of portable linear milling machine surface roughness is Ra1.6-3.2. Flatness：0.03mm/meter. The single cutting depths could be 10mm with powerful hydraulic power system.
