Linear Milling Machine
For a on site line milling machine, it’s the perfect tools for on site machining because of the light body and model.
Like the LM Series of linear milling machine, we could do the arm from 300mm up to 3500mm even more according to situation in field.
For the motor we use on the spindle, it could be NT40 or NT50 with different cutting needs. NT40 spindle match with cutting diameter 120mm, most 160mm with customized. NT50 milling spindle comes with cutter of 200mm, up to 25omm accordingly.
The spindle speed 600-700rpm, the motor with servo motor or Hydraulic motor.
Servo motor has small control panel box , but big servo motor on the spindle. It’s light compare with the other power.
Line milling machine match the hydraulic power pack best, the 18.5KW hydraulic power station has the strong power and stability. Reliable motor provide the power continuously for the on site milling job.
