This is the LM1000 line milling machine, it’s designed with high strength of Aviation Aluminum for the arm, it makes sure the stability and high precision of on site milling service. The power supply could be diversity according to your requirement. Hydraulic power unit gets powerful torque for the Z axis rotation, X axis could be made of electric motor or servo motors too if you need. Milling head is also different according to on site working condition, it could be NT30, NT40, NT50 with different cutting diameter.
Line Milling Machine is a 2-axis line milling machine , which provide tight tolerance with such light duty cantilever type milling machine.
LMA1000 could be mounted on gantry milling machine also, the working speed could be controlled by 150-300mm minute.
